## Narrative

Employee driving boom truck into mine pit.  Three quarters of the way down pit the boom truck engine died.  Employee unable to stop so he ran into a pile of crushed rock to stop truck.  Employee suffered bruises and contusions.  Minimal damage to boom truck.
