## Narrative

Employee lowered a BO Stoper from the 3000N1E stope in a timber slide.  When the timber slide was approximately 15 ft. from the bottom, the stoper, which was secured with #9 wire and a chain to the timber slide, dislodged from the can, fell onto a timber.  The air operated leg then telescoped out, the pointed end of the leg struck the employee in the right shoulder and neck area.
