Narrative

Employee ALLEGES that the condensate line on the air conditioner mounted on a WA600 front end loader ""belw up"" in his face causing chemical burns to his lungs. Did not report the injury, did not come to work on 7-8-10 and called in sick. He admitted himself to the hospital on 7-9-10 in the evening. The mine operator was made aware of the employees hospitalization on 7-12-10.
