## Narrative

While being loaded at the ES02 shovel, the shovel bucket struck the forward portion of the bed of truck 425. The force jolted EE forward and he felt discomfort afterward. Pain and stiffening became more prevelant and was taken to nurses station for evaluation. Then was seen by Doctor.
