Narrative

While draagging 4"" water line with a pull rope, member slipped in mud and twisted left knee. X-rays were negative and he continued to work until July 12, 2010 when he made an appointment to see an orthopedic surgeon. The doctor told him to take 4 weeks off and have tests to determine damage.
