While walking tripped and landed on his left heel. He continued working and completed his shift. Initially reported 6/3/2010 as a Minor First Aid became a Lost Time Accident 7/13/2010 after being diagnosed by his physician as a left calcaneal fracture although X-rays were inconclusive and directed to perform ""no work until further notice"".
