Narrative

Employee was dismounting a front end loader. As he was descending the stairs his ankle turned and he fell down the stairs to the lower platform. During the fall he landed on top of his left leg. This action tore the tendon of his quadriceps muscle near the knee. Employee was placed on restrictive duty.
