## Narrative

EE was dismounting loader and foot slipped on ladder rung. He caught himself by grasping the handrails which caused a twinge in his shoulder. He did not think medical attention was required at the time. On July 6, EE stated that his shoulder still hurt and requested medical attention. He was immediately taken for medical evaluation. Physical therapy prescribed, thus reportable.
