## Narrative

Member was operating continuous miner in 4 left crosscut when he was struck by a falling rock that fell from inbetween bolts. Rock measured 2.5 wide, 5' long and  0""-3"" thick. Member received an abrasion that was not properly cleaned at the hospital and became infected.
