## Narrative

The raw coal transfer bin was stopped up with wet coal and roadway gob. The injured employee was hosing coal and rock from the bin into the feeder when several tons of wet coal broke loose filling the feeder which employee was standing in covering his feet and knees & twisting his body. Did not start missing work until 7/14/2010
