An unintentional roof fall occurred on the 4F return in entry 7 at #8 crosscut. It measured 20 feet x 20 feet x 7 feet. The fall will not be cleaned up and did not affect ventilation, passage of men or cause personal injury. The area had been bolted with 6 foot roof bolts.
