Narrative

Employee was working outside at surface loci shop, when the wind picked up & blew dirt into his eyes. He was wearing his proper PPE. Went to medic on site & flushed eye. The next day he came to work, stopped by medic stating his eye was still bothering him. We took him to ER room, where his eye was flushed again & RX was issued to prevent eye infection. Full released was issued
