Employee was treated for torn cartlidge in the right knee 7/16/10. On 6/7/10 while performing normal duties and stepping up on a rail car approximately 8"" from the mine floor the employee felt moderate pain in the knee No EVENT to cause damage. Employee suffered from torn knee cartlidge right knee in 2004. Determined during investigation repeated trauma to the knee.
