A fall of roof was discovered in the 1St South East Mains at x-cut 24, extending from #5 entry to #7 entry, the fall was approx 110ft long x 19ft wide x 6 1/2ft high. This fall was previously reported on EDOC #1066129. Per a discussion with D10 Roof Specialist it was determined that (2) separate falls could not be recorded on the same 7000-1.
