## Narrative

Signs of heat exhaustion, called the MSHA Complaint Hot Line, Medical Doctors later ruled by blood and urine testing the condition of the employees was a result of low blood sugar, low potassium and verly little dehydration. This being said, it would not be a work related event as previously called in.
