Narrative

Plant man got small finger of L. H. between a 3/8X24""X18"" plate while installing a chute with 2 other workers. The plate slipped while being slid into place, pinning the finger between the cone screen chute and the plate. The end of his finger was lacerated and the bone of the finger was cracked.
