## Narrative

Employee stated he was roof bolting and had just drilled his hole and was removing the drill auger from the hole. A rock fell from the roof, hit the canopy and continued down behind the canopy, where it struck him on his left side of his back in the Kidney area. He was taken off work on 07/21/2010.
