Narrative

Attempting to knock a pin out of spring board of miner with a drift punch. Believes that a piece of punch broke off and became lodged in his left forearm. This left a puncture wound and surgery was required to remove the piece of metal that required 7 sutures to close wound. Punch did not have a mushroomed head.
