## Narrative

EE was cleaning out (scraping) a lime chute behind the short head crusher. He heard a ""pop"" sound from his left bicep, and it started hurting. He called the plant supervisor to report it, but thought it would get better. It continued to hurt him so the supervisor took him to the med center.
