## Narrative

EE twisted his knee getting out of the mantrip in the motor barn outside the mine. He saw a doctor and was told he needed to have his knee repaired but due to blood pressure problems they would not schedule surgery until 7/26/10. He continued to work his normal shifts until that date. EE began missing work on 7/26/10 when he had the surgery.
