Employee's knee had been bothering him for a couple of months and on this date when he got up from a kneeling position he felt his knee pop. This accident became reportable when he was prescribed physical therapy for his knee on 7/27/2010. Employee is not on restricted duty nor has he missed any days as a result of this occurrence.
