## Narrative

IGNITION: Employee was burning off of the face side crusher on No. 2 LW after wetting down the area. A methane test was taken prior to and continuously during burning and had 0.0CH4. He had burned one bolt off and starting to burn the second one when a flame appeared on the Mine Floor. It burned less than 5 seconds and was put out with water. No injuries were incurred.
