A roof fall was discovered on this date. The fall measured 20' by 25' and was 7' in thickness. The fall was located on 2-east Mains in the #5 entry at the #21 crosscut. The fall area was previously supported by 5' Hy-Tech bolts. The fall was dangered off and the escapeway was rerouted.
