Narrative

Employee was in the process of adjusting a bottom belt roller which was positioned in close relation to a timber, as he went to strike the roller hanger with his hammer his right index finger was caught between the hammer handle and the timber. This resulted in a laceration to his right index finger and he recieved 3 sutures.
