Narrative

While assisting in the performance of maintenance on a Cat 330 excavator, employee struck in the right jaw area of his face with a glancing blow of a 16 pound sledge hammer. He was holding a metal bar, ""with the use of a tie line""; the hammer glanced off the bar and still managed to strike him in the right jaw area of his face.
