## Narrative

EE was repositioning starter sheets. As EE was rotating the sheets on the scissors table, he reported he felt cramps in his lower abdomen that turned into sharp pains that went down around his groin area and right upper leg area. EE was taken into ER and diagnosed with an umbilical hernia. EE was referred to surgeon for follow up.
