Employee stated while walking the James Creek barrier airway, he slipped on muddy surface and twisted his right knee. The employee did not start missing work until August 3rd, the diagnosis was received on August 4th showing 2 torn ligaments and a torn meniscus. The Doctor took the employee off of work to schedule surgery.
