Narrative

While using a pneumatic impact wrench, employee felt something enter his right eye. The eye was flushed but debris remained. The next day the employee was taken to Dr's office and a piece of metal was removed and the employee was given an eye patch to wear for 24 hrs. He was given some eye drops and released to full duty.
