## Narrative

Injured was using a fire hose to wash down deck in the Fines Crusher Turn Bin 5-03 conveyor gallery, while pulling on hose he lost his footing and fell backward.  He extended his arm to break his fall and the arm took the force of the fall resulting in a simple fracture to his right forearm (radius bone).  Concrete floor was sloped and wet but clean and EE was wearing rubber boots.
