Narrative

EE was lifting a piece of channel iron to be installed on a shop wall. He was about half way up a six ft. step ladder. He lost his balance. He stepped backward down to the ground to regain his footing, but, the piece of channel he was holding remained on the top rung of the ladder. His chin struck the iron on his way down, resulting in a laceration and two cracked teeth.
