## Narrative

Operating a 5 ton motor and as he was traveling around an apex, the rear of the motor struck a parked 20 ton motor. He was thrown forward and struck the left side of his forehead on the canopy of the 5 ton, resulting in a laceration. The cut required five sutures. No time was lost. This is a medical treatment case with no lost work days.
