Narrative

Employee was swinging an axe to knock a hole in a stopping. As the axe went past his belt his hand hit a razor knife attached to his belt which had the blade out. This caused a laceration to his hand that required stitches. Note: Mine was idle due to vacation shut down from 7-26-2010 through 8-9-2010 to reflect reporting time frame difference.
