A roof fall was discovered at the C-4 Section (#14 Crosscut, #6 to 7 heading). The fall was 1500' outby the section. The area was bolted with 6' SuperTwist bolts and 12' PT cable bolts. No equipment or ventilation were affected. No one was injured as a result of the fall.
