A roof fall was discovered at the c-4 Section (#14 Crosscut, #4 Heading). The fall was 1500' outby the section. The area was bolted with 6' SuperTwist bolts and 12' cable bolts. No equipment or ventilation was affected. No one was injured as a result of the fall.
