## Narrative

While setting timbers beside track along North Mains between mouth of 1 and Glory Hole, a member was holding timber and injured EE bent over to pick up a glut, when a piece of draw slate measuring approx 22""X28""X2"" thick shaped triangular struck his hard hat and head area and right hand in which 3 stitches in head and 3 in his hand.
