## Narrative

Employee states he had climbed up a ladder to check a possible overfill imulsion tank.  He states the light was in his eyes and as he leaned in one direction to get out of the light the ladder moved in the opposite direction.  As he started to fall he pushed away from the ladder and landed on his right side. He was transported to the ER and diagnosed with 5 fractured ribs.
