## Narrative

EE was riding in a mantrip that was pulling a broken down mantrip.  He was sitting on his side when the chain pulled tight.  He ALLEDGEDLY hit his hip on a piece of metal on the back of the seat.  This injury was not approved by Brick Street that occurred in the course of and as a result of covered employment until August 13, 2010.
