## Narrative

Employee was operating a lathe completing what appeared to be the final stage of machining 3/4"" round steel rod. Employee was using a piece of emery cloth polishing the steel rod, it appears that the emery cloth either caught on the steel or wrapped over its self and pulled employee's left hand into the lathe while it was running
