## Narrative

EE was super bolting at the #4XC on 1 North Track. As he started drilling into the top, a piece of draw rock approx 2' wide X 2-3' in length and 2-3"" thick, fell from around the drill steel. The rock hit the canopy and drill head, bounced over the drill deck striking the EE, then knocking him down to the drill deck.
