Narrative

The employee was working as a belt drive person performing routine clean-up around the #6 drive area. The employee moved a metal plate (24"" X 36"") from the drive area and was in the process of positioning the plate against the coal rib when his little finger on his right hand was caught-between the metal plate and the rib.
