On 23 Aug 2010, at approximately 1:30 AM, individual was loading AN on bulk truck from AN storage towers when he felt a sharp pain in his abdomen from straining to open AN tower gate.  Individual was diagnosed with a hernia on 23 Aug. and received surgery to repair the damage.
