## Narrative

On 8-20-2010, employee was working on a vertical turbine water pump to free the clutch. He was using a 24"" pipe wrench to break free the back stop. The shaft broke free and spun the pipe wrench and struck his hand. He was taken to the doctor for x-rays to check for fractures. The x-rays were negative for fractures but the small finger was bruised severely.
