## Narrative

Injured employee was loading rail ties onto a flat car, when he smashed his right hand between the tie and metal portal door, causing pain and a laceration.  X-Rays revealed a fracture of his right little finger and he received 4 sutures in that finger.  The physician has excused the injured from work until 10/25/10.
