## Narrative

Employee felt intermittent pain in her heel and ankle starting 2 weeks previous to accident date. On 7/23/10, at work, the pain progressed until it affected her leg, hip, and groin area.  She was diagonosed with plantar fascitis on July 30. On a dr. visit on 08/23/2010 it was determined that this was work related.
