An unplanned roof fall occured at cross cut #7, entry #5 of the 2nd Northwest Sub Main, off the 1st Southwest Sub Main. The fall was approximately 35' long X 17"" X 10' thick. The area was roof bolted with 8' and 10' roof bolts.
