Narrative

EE was cutting a 4"" pipe using a table mounted metal cutoff saw. After the EE finished the cut he shut the saw off and as the cutting wheel was winding down, the EE tried to unclamp the cut pipe and the back of his left hand contacted the wheel, cutting his glove and creating a 3"" laceration on the back of his hand. Injury required surgery to repair severed tendon.
