While working at a belt feeder, the employee had to cut some black tape that was holding together a keeper and a pin with a utility knife. Kneeling down on both knees, he cut through the tape and down on his left leg. The knife cut through his pants and caused a small laceration on the leg. Four (4) stitches were needed to close to wound.
