Narrative

The employee had been hooked in the ribs on 8/1/2010 by a steer. He was starting to heal by the time of the accident on 9/1/10, but had not seen a doctor for the steer incident. At work on 9/1/10, he was pulling the lid on the turbulator and felt pain in his right rib and muscle on the right side of his back and chest.
