Two roof falls were discovered at 1:30 PM in the 4th Panel North in #1 entry (old works). The second is between XC 7-9. There were no injuries or witnesses. Also no disruptions to ventilation or passage of personnel. MSHA Inspector was inspecting air course at the time of discovery.
