Narrative

Employee was installing a 10' roof bolt into the roof. When he pushed to bend it at the stamped bend, he pushed it away from himself, causing the bolt to spin around. As he attempted to pull the bolt back, he heard his shoulder pop. Reportable lost time injury 9/10/10 due to surgery.
